The room was tidy and bright for kids to watch, and I truly enjoyed it. Its location close to restaurants was great and particularly good. The staff was supper friendly, amiable, and responded promptly to requests.

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was tidy and bright. The food was delicious with lots of choice! The room for kids to watch. Incredible location and super-friendly and accommodating staff were a definite plus.

The room I stayed in at Ya Hua Pei was immaculately clean and the bathroom was spotless. The pictures on their website accurately represented the room. The coded security front door and room gave me peace of mind. I was also grateful that they offered free luggage storage. The location was fantastic with a trolley car right outside and easy access to bus and subway stations, as well as restaurants and bars. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! I visited Toronto for two nights and the location was perfect. It was close to Downtown and had both an underground and tram station nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. There were also numerous restaurants in the area, which was great for dining options. The hotel itself was spotless clean and the American style breakfast provided was satisfying. it was excellent value for money and I felt very welcomed by the owner/hotel representative.

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast for a weekend getaway. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown via streetcar and subway. The room was cozy and impeccably clean, and the bathroom, while small, was also spotless and functional. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. The highlight for me was the room's door that opened up to a lovely backyard, adding a touch of tranquility to my stay. The host, Mary, was attentive and responsive to all our needs, making our experience truly enjoyable.

Room looks exactly like pictures. Red door entrance. Newly renovated room and bathroom. Fine size for one, cramped for two. No TV. No iron or hair dryer. Small fridge. Convenient subway and bus nearby. Plenty of restaurants. Great proximity and easy to find. Queen-sized beds. Easy access. Room backed onto patio. Exceptional property. Attention to detail. Cozy suite with direct backyard access. Well-stocked kitchen. Freedom to come and go. Likely to return in October.

I had a great value for my money at this beautiful older home turned B and B style hotel. The room was cozy, comfortable, and elegantly furnished with good wifi. The location was convenient with ample paid parking nearby. The owner was very accommodating and reserved a space in the driveway for my vehicle at no extra cost. The staff made me feel safe with keypad entry and provided towels, shampoo, and soap in the room. it was a lovely stay with excellent communication and a friendly welcome.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more options or a larger spread. However, there are plenty of nice little restaurants nearby, and my room had a fridge which was nice.
